Summer School

Monday 18th - Friday 22 January 2010

The CEAC Summer School is gaining a reputation for offering five days of immersion in an inspiring environment of discovery and learning. In January 2010 an exciting line up of New Zealand artists will offer their skills and talents to stimulate and engage participants in a full-on learning experience involving exploration, pushing boundaries and fun. The variety of courses offered in 2010 will appeal to a broad range of interests and abilities.

Courses offered this year:
  • PAINTING (A SURREALISTIC NARRATIVE) with LEILA ATAYA
  • INTRODUCTION TO GLASS CASTING with KATE RUTECKI
  • FIVE PRINT PROCESSES IN FIVE DAYS with SHELLEY RYDE
  • MASK MAKING, BAS RELIEF SCULPTURE AND CASTING with DONNA DEMENTE
  • BRONZE CASTING with DAVID REID
  • TAKE ON TIVAEVAE with MARY AMA
